| I am Professor of Photography and Visual Arts in the Fine and
Performing Arts Department at Creighton, where I have taught full-time
since 1981--26 years, egad! I also live with students as a "chaplain" in McGloin Residence Hall where I have been since it was built, and before that in Kiewit Residence Hall in in the 1990's. |

| More about me: I am the oldest of 10 children
and the only one who did not attend Creighton, enjoy fishing and biking,
and stay active with students in retreats and extra-curricular activities.
I have a reputation for being tough to beat at bocce. |

| Writing these reflections: I'm just getting involved
in the online business and have to admit to preferring to talk to people,
hear voices and see faces. Daily prayer is a very important habit with
me. I journal and reflect with my writing quite faithfully. |
