Come and Learn about the Christian Life Community
|
CLC is an international lay organization of Christians who form small communities of six to ten people committed to a way of life based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. CLC traces its roots to St. Ignatius of Loyola when a disciple of Ignatius formed the first CLC by gathering a group of students to help them integrate the various aspects of their busy lives with Christian values. Today CLC spans 60 countries of small groups organized regionally and nationally. CLC
is active here at Creighton with 20+ adults, faculty and staff, members
of various communities, in addition to communities of students. |
At the Spirituality Plus lunch, Members will briefly present an aspect of CLC life.
Fr. Jack Zuercher, SJ, will facilitate the gathering which will also include a brief experience of “what the CLC meetings are really like.” |
Soups
will be made especially for this luncheon by
