More about me:

I am from Altoona, IA and I attended Dowling Catholic High School. My family consists of my parents, Jane and Casey, and my two sisters. My older sister, Abby, graduated from Wartburg College this past May and currently is working in Des Moines, IA and my younger sister, Kaitlin, is a sophomore at Luther College. I am a member of the Honors Program and the 2007-2008 Cortina Community. I also attend Rosary Club and am a member of the Student Ministry Team at Creighton. I love playing intramural sports such as soccer and basketball. I work at the Creighton Archives where we handle requests for information and are currently in the process of organizing all of the archived materials. I also volunteer in the Crisis Center at the Child Saving Institute in Omaha, NE.

Writing these reflections:

I want to write these reflections because I find it highly useful to critically examine my life in light of Jesus’ teaching in the Gospels. I think reflection and directed action benefit me as I work to grow and develop as a faith-filled person. This reflection gives me the opportunity to challenge and define my own faith through sharing my strengths and struggles with others.
