More about me:

Originally from Littleton, Colorado, I have a great love for the mountains and all of my family there. I love the Catholic faith, laughter, dancing, speaking Spanish, running, traveling, celebrating traditions, and learning about other cultures. My single defining experience at Creighton was the semester I spent abroad in the Dominican Republic. It really enlightened my view of the world and gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of my Catholic faith, the power of community, and the joy of accompaniment. I am involved on campus with Creighton Students for Life, Pi Beta Phi Sorority, St. Peter Canisius Society, Relay for Life, and El Legado de Compasión. It’s hard to believe I am in my senior year at Creighton! I am not sure where the future will take me. I plan on participating in an abroad service program, and then possibly Law School or a Masters program in Public Health.

Writing these reflections:

One of my favorite quotes is by Ida Ford: "I hope that you come to find that which gives life a deep meaning for you. Something worth living for - maybe even worth dying for. Something that energizes you, enthuses you, enables you to keep moving ahead. I can't tell you what it might be - that's for you to find, to choose, to love. I can just encourage you to start looking, and support you in the search."
My hope is that these reflections might start or encourage that search . . .
