I've been teaching English at Creighton in Omaha since 1967; I also teach courses in American culture and American architecture. |

More about me:
I love foreign travel, and perhaps selfishly pray for international
peace and safety so that I may continue my visits to the great cities of
the world. But I'm also delighted to hike on my own ten acres north
of Omaha, where I admire the twenty species of trees God placed there.
I am proud of my heritage from Ireland and Germany, Ohio and Nebraska,
and of my wife, who also writes some of these daily reflections.
