First Year Internal Medicine Resident

While two of my younger siblings are off studying at Marquette and another brother is away in the Jesuit novitiate, we all still call Rhinelander, Wisconsin "home."  It's a fair bet that if I'm out of Omaha, I'm visiting my parents in northern Wisconsin or my siblings at their respective programs. 

I graduated from Creighton with undergraduate degrees in psychology and Spanish in 2009, then completed medical school here in 2013.  I now have the great honor of treating patients at Alegent-Creighton Health as an internal medicine resident.  During my time outside the hospital, I adore sports (especially my Green Bay Packers), trying new foods, traveling, and exploring God's beautiful creation outdoors.

I have found that God speaks to me most frequently through other people, and in his infinite power, can use me as his instrument as well.  Hence, I pray that through these reflections we can open each other’s minds to different ways of growing with the Catholic Church's beautiful Scripture readings.
