More about me:
Education has been a passion for me throughout my career. I taught multiple classes at Kiewit University and was heavily engaged with the University environment, recruiting and working with faculty in the ongoing development of course content. I served on Creighton’s Energy Technology Industry Advisory Council from the program’s inception and served similar roles over the past 25 years at Iowa State University. I served as a founding member of the Green Omaha Coalition and led its Education Council. I led the creation of the Connect2Engineering program, which was created to inspire area K-12 students to consider engineering careers. Throughout my career, I carried leadership responsibilities in sustainability and energy conservation efforts. My wife Linda and I have four children and 2 grandchildren. |
