In living our lives it is very easy for us to take the love that God has shown us for granted.  We have the tendency to believe that he will always be there for us and that we do not have to praise him or be grateful for it.  While it is true that God will always protect us, we mustn’t take him for granted.  We should, however, sing his praises as the Creator of Heaven and Earth and live our lives in dedication to him.  If we show this praise, then, come the time for us to be judged, he will save us and accept us at the gates of heaven.

We must also realize how lucky we are to have heard the Word of God.  From the day we became Christians, we opened our hearts to the Lord and his words and we were able to experience the many joys of being one of his children.  Many of those around us have also tried to hear the words of the Lord, but have failed because they do not possess the faith that is necessary to receive his Word.  We must be vigilant in our spiritual lives because we too can lose the faith if we don’t put our trust in God.  When our lives begins to drag us down and we are tempted to lose the faith, let us make the choice to stand up and be strong in our beliefs and trust that God will lead the way to success.

God Bless.
