I'm from Grand Junction, Colorado, but I'm also an army brat so I've been fortunate enough to live in lots of different places. I'm blessed with a very loving family currently living in Wyoming. I just recently graduated with my bachelor's in biology with minors in chemistry, english, and theology. I'm very excited to be here at Creighton on my next big adventure.

Writing These Reflections. . .

. . . is a much-needed step back from the hard sciences. I spend a great deal of time as a medical student cultivating my mind, so these reflections slow me down and give me an opportunity to nourish my soul, and (hopefully) with the help of the Holy Spirit, the souls of others. Each reflection comes as an opportunity to readjust my focus and maintain balance in my life.
