I'm from St. Louis, Missouri where I grew up with three other siblings. I love being outside, listening to live music, going on long runs, and hanging out with friends until the wee hours of the morning. I also firmly believe that listening to others is the most humanizing and important action anyone can do.

Writing These Reflections. . .

. . . is a wonderful chance to slow down and see where God is working in my life. I often feel that we do not take enough time to notice all of the small joys in life. Writing these reflections helped me see more these and engage part of myself with the lives of others.
