Hello everyone! I hope the Lenten season is going well for all of you! Today’s Gospel reading is one of my favorites, and it is one that I reflect upon often, so I hope I can do it justice.  I feel that this reading is encouraging us to live our faith every day.  I feel that this reading is encouraging to me as a nursing student at times when I feel that patients are falling through the cracks or are not able to have their needs met due to financial constraints. I realized that I want to work with an underserved population in my nursing practice, and I feel reassured when I read this passage.  I also think this is encouraging in everyday life, because I think that every person that comes across my path for a reason and I need to show God’s love to them, even when it’s hard. I am going to continue to reflect on this passage, and I hope this Easter season brings blessings to you!
