1. Download the text file. [Use the link to the left, and when file opens, click FILE and SAVE FILE AS.]

2. Go to an online printer or take it to your local print shop.

3. Order it printed: 2 sided; spiral bound; with a card stock front and back cover.

4. One copy should be around $20. Ten copies would be about $16.50 each. Twenty-five copies would be about $12 each.
