This year’s topic is
The History of the Society of Jesus
and its Implications for Jesuit Education Today:
Celebrating 200 Years of Restoration
.

The Society of Jesus was suppressed
in the Catholic Church in 1773.
This year is the 200th anniversary
of the end of that suppression in 1814.

Five members of our faculty
participated in The Faculty Conversation Weekend
discussing not only the Restoration of the Society of Jesus,
but Jesuit history and
an understanding of its impact on Jesuit education today.

They will share with us the fruits
of their discussion and reflection.

Please join us.
