Fourth Sunday of Easter
[51] Acts 13:14, 43-52
 Ps 100:1-2, 3, 5
Rev 7:9, 14b-17
John 10:27-30.

It can be hard at times to stand true to what you believe, what you want, and what you should do when the world is telling you different. Now it may be not in the form of social media telling you what you should or should not believe; it may even come in the form of your conscious and yourself. It can be very hard to look into the face of what everyone is saying and literally say, “No, this is what I believe.” Yet what God promises is that no matter what the world says, he ultimately decides what is right and wrong.

Now this may trigger a lot of negative emotions and anger for a lot of people, but let’s face it: your relationship is between God and you. No one else. So why does it matter what everyone is saying? We often want acceptance and bonding with our brothers and sisters, but it is important to remember that we were already given acceptance to God no matter what we do or believe. So today, don’t be afraid to take a stand in what you believe. Remember that God is the ultimate judge of right or wrong, and that he loves you very much.
