Prayer for Creation

On September 1st, 2015, the Church marked the first World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation.
These are resources for our continuing ot pray as individuals and as families.

Following in the footsteps of the Orthodox Church, Catholics are encouraged to organize prayer and practical initiatives to combat the environmental crisis facing our planet.

We can all be creative, first by reading the text of the encylcial letter "On the Care for our Common Home" and then by talking wiht our families and friends about what an "integral ecology" would mean for us. Each of us can reflect upon what the conversion which Pope Francis calls for can begin in us and among us.
